Worldwide Delivery

We ship to over 100 countries using trusted international courier partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS). Every order is packed with care to ensure your purifier or kit arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Customs documentation is prepared by our logistics team to avoid delays.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

Free Express Shipping on all orders over $99 (to 60+ eligible countries). For orders below $99, a flat rate of $14.99 applies worldwide. Remote area surcharges may apply; we will inform you before dispatch.

USA, UK, Europe: 5–8 business days | Middle East, Asia: 4–7 business days | Africa, South America: 7–12 business days | Oceania: 6–10 business days

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your order 24/7 on our website or the courier's portal.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Shree Bala JI is not liable for any additional costs incurred at customs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resend your order or issue a full refund after investigation.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
